Intuitive eating is all about how you eat, not what or how much. I am trained by one of the founders of this approach- Evelyn Tribole, who is based in the US. The aim of the approach is to help you to try to normalise your eating, and get more pleasure out of your food through eating more mindfully and forgetting about ‘diets’ for good. The approach is useful for anybody and everybody, but particularly helpful for you if you are weary of dieting but fearful of stopping dieting and eating normally.
