Understanding Your Eating – emotional eating advice, Warwickshire

None of us can truly say we never eat more or differently when we are bored, stressed, excited or sad, but when your eating (or not eating) is filling emotional gaps for you daily it can become really bad for your health (and your wallet).

To find out to what extent you are an emotional eater, and to learn strategies to change this sign up for the Understanding Your Eating programme.

The course has been developed by the well-respected counsellor and writer Julia Buckroyd, and has been featured on BBC’s Inside Out.

Courses start on Monday 12th September from 7.30 – 9.00pm at Springfield Barns, Brailes.

And on Tuesday 13th September from 7.30-9.30pm at Therapy Fusion, Trinity House, Stratford upon Avon.

The cost is £95 for five one and a half hour group sessions.

The Introduction to the Understanding Your Eating Programme seminars have the following titles:

•Seminar 1 – Eating is not just about hunger!
•Seminar 2 – Eating to manage feelings
